The distinguished Chef Eak heads the culinary team from Thailand. He has more than three decades of experience under his wing and is known in Thailand for his skill at making the best Thai street noodles. Chef Sushil has more than fifteen years of experience cooking everything from Indian cuisine to fresh bread. Previously a pastry connoisseur, he is branching out to combine his knowledge, patience, and baking skills in order to produce sweet Thai curries.
Owners and Chefs have over thirty years of combined experience cooking and serving rich and delicious Indian-Nepali food to hundreds of people every day. On their last visit to Fort Collins in early 2019, they were craving Thai food. They tried to find a good Thai place, but their efforts were wasted. That’s when they had the idea of starting their own Thai place, near Colorado State University. The result is Tararine Thai Cuisine now open in Fort Collins.
